Getting Started
Gymti is a free platform that uses AI to create personalized workout plans based on your goals, experience, body metrics, and schedule. It’s perfect for anyone who wants a clear, structured routine, whether your goal is wellness, muscle gain, fat loss, or endurance. You can find more information on our About us page.
Go to the Gymti web application, and enter the required information about your goal, body details, fitness level, and schedule. Gymti’s AI generates your personalized plan so you can begin training right away.
Yes. Gymti is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future, as explained in our Terms. If that happens, we will give clear notice before any changes take effect, and our existing customers will receive special benefits and offers.
Gymti is designed for adults 18 and older. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with a parent or guardian’s consent and involvement. If you have a medical condition or injury, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using Gymti. The plans are for informational purposes and not medical advice.
Workout Plans
We use AI technology based on foundation models to build plans from the information you provide, such as your goals, experience level, body metrics, available equipment, and schedule. The AI then creates a tailored routine designed for you.
Yes. If something doesn’t fit, you can regenerate your plan. We want your plan to feel completely personalized.
Not necessarily. When entering your information during the workout plan creation process, you tell us what equipment you have, and the AI adapts your plan to match your setup, whether that means a full gym, a few dumbbells, or bodyweight only.
No. Gymti provides informational fitness guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or have had issues during past workouts.
Account and Login
Go to the Gymti sign-up page . Sign up with your email and create a password. You will receive a verification email that allows you to access your account.
Try resetting your password and check your inbox and spam folder for emails from us. Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser. If you still can’t log in, contact us through our contact page.
Use the “Forgot password?” option on the sign-in page to get a reset email. Follow the link to create a new password. If you don’t receive the email, check spam and make sure you entered the correct address.
Request account deletion through our contact page . Once confirmed, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days unless limited retention is required by law.
Privacy & Data
We collect account details such as name and email, profile and fitness data you provide, usage data like device information and interactions, cookies or analytics data, and any communications you send to us.
When you generate a plan, your inputs are securely and anonymously sent to the most relevant AI models to create your workout content. No personally identifiable information will ever be shared with any AI providers.
Yes. We use functional cookies for things like keeping you logged in, and Google Analytics to understand engagement. Where required (e.g., in the EU), we obtain consent for non-essential cookies.
No. We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CPRA.
Yes. Some providers (like OpenAI and Google) are in the U.S. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures (encryption, access controls, minimization) to protect your data.
We retain data while your account is active and for limited periods afterward for legitimate purposes. Request deletion via the Contact page. We’ll delete or anonymize personal data within ~30 days unless retention is legally required.
